Mr. Lochan Sah, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the Applicant.

2. Mr. Rakesh Negi, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. The present matter has been listed on Urgency Application (IA No. 04 of 2025), whereby, as per the order sheet, the present matter was, as per the Registry report, incepted on 02.08.2021 and thereafter on 24.08.2021. As per the order dated 09.09.2021, an Urgency Application had been filed by Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and, on the other hand, learned Government Advocate had sought time for seeking instructions.

4. Again, an Urgency Application (IA No. 04 of 2025) was moved on 01.08.2025, prior to which, on the last order sheet dated 17.09.2024, it is mentioned by the Coordinate Bench in the order that, "Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the main accused has already been acquitted by the trial court by judgment and order dated 30.04.2024, copy of which has been supplied by learned counsel for the applicant to the State Counsel,"

and further it has been mentioned that, "Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to go through this judgment."

5. Despite all these orders on the Urgency Application, objection has not been filed.

6. List this case on 03.09.2025.

7. In the meanwhile, learned State Counsel may file objection positively.

8. Learned counsel for the Applicant is also directed that no further adjournment shall be sought in the present matter. In default, the matter shall be heard finally.

9. Urgency Application (IA No. 04 of 2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
