JUDGMENT :
(per Mr. G. Narendar C. J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the petitioner is not giving any
instructions in the matter. Hence, he prays that
the writ petition may be dismissed for want of
instructions.
2. The said submission is taken on record.
and 6 submits that the subject matter of the
present writ petition is already under
consideration of this Court in a Public Interest
Litigation (PIL) concerning the safety audit of
bridges that are more than 25 years old.
