Mr. Priyanshu Gairola, Advocate, for the petitioner.

(2) Petitioner's suit for injunction and recovery of possession, filed in the year 2004, was decreed by the Trial Court in 2017. First appeal against the said judgment and decree was dismissed by the Appellate Court on 25.9.2023. Petitioner has put the decree, passed by the Trial Court as affirmed by the Appellate Court, to execution and his Execution Case No. 58 of 2023 is pending before Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-II, Dehradun. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the executing court to expedite execution proceedings.

(3) Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in 2004 and execution case was filed in 2023, writ petition is disposed of with a request to court concerned to make endeavour to conclude the execution proceedings within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
