3. This is an appeal against conviction. By the impugned judgment dated 29.03.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/FTSC, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Special Session Trial No.623 of 2023. Appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act, and was sentenced to twenty years rigorous imprisonment. Challenging his conviction and sentence, appellant has filed this appeal.
