Mr. Abhishek Verma, learned counsel for the revisionist appeared through V.C.

2. Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned A.G.A. for the State.

3. Exemption Application (IA No.13105 of 2025) is filed by the revisionist with prayer that the revisionist be exempted from surrendering in connection with the impugned judgment and order dated 05.03.2019 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar and judgment and order dated 05.12.2015 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, Haridwar and further absolute the interim bail granted by the Jail Authority Roorkee, District Haridwar during the period of Covid-19 on 02.04.2020.

4. This Court is not inclined to allow the Exemption Application as the revisionist has not honoured with direction of the court below. The same is hereby dismissed.

5. List this matter on 16.07.2025.

6. Revisionist is directed to surrender before the trial court concerned within a week.

7. Copy of this order be sent to the trial court concerned for information and do the needful, as per law.
