Mr. M.S. Pal, learned Sr. Advocate assisted by Mr. Shivam S. Parai, learned counsel present for the appellant.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Dy.A.G. present for the State.
3. Heard on the modification application (IA/2/2025) moved on behalf of the appellant.
4. By way of said application, it is prayed that the order dated 04.06.2025 by which the appellant was granted bail be modified only to the extent of suspending the sentence inflicted upon the applicant/ appellant by the Court below.
5. Having perused the modification application, the affidavit filed in its support together with the bail application, this Court is of the opinion that due to typographical error, the said portion, as prayed for, could not be transcribed in the said order.
6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed. It is, accordingly, directed that the order dated 04.06.2024 passed by this Court is modified only to the extent that the execution of the sentence imposed upon the appellant by the trial Court by the impugned judgment shall remain suspended during the pendency of appeal.
