The challenge in this petition is made to the

impugned office communication dated 20.03.2025 issued by the

respondent no.4 (Annexure 4).

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused

the record.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the

judgment dated 19.12.2023, passed in WPMS No. 3405 of 2023,

Committee of Management Vs. State of Uttarakhand and other

connected petitions.

4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel.

5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is

decided in terms of the judgment dated 19.12.2023, passed in

WPMS No. 3405 of 2023, Committee of Management Vs. State of

Uttarakhand and other connected petitions.
