2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned AGA along with Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned B.H. present for the State.

3. Learned Counsel for the applicant has supplied to the Court a copy of order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, District U.S. Nagar in Crl. Complaint Case No.648 of 2021 (Pradeep Kr. V. Sanjeev Kr. And others) which is the subject matter of present petition. By the said order, the Court, on the basis of compromise reached between the parties outside the Court, has decided the aforesaid matter. Judgment and order dated 25.07.2024 is taken on record.

4. In view of aforesaid order, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that nothing more survives in this petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, present C482 application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
