the petitioner.

2. This PIL is being disposed of at this stage,

giving liberty to the petitioner to examine the scientific

scope of this opinion, and then take appropriate steps

in accordance with law, if so advised.

3. The Writ Petition (PIL) is, accordingly,

disposed of.
