Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant
states that Writ Petition (M/S) No. 2463/2023, from
which this Special Appeal arises, has already been
disposed of by the learned Single Judge, vide order
dated 05.03.2024.
2. As the Writ Petition was held not to be
maintainable, the present Special Appeal has also been
rendered infructuous now.
3. The present Special Appeal is, accordingly,
dismissed as infructuous.
