Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Counsel, has relied upon a judgment rendered by this Court in the case of WPSB No. 499 of 2023, "Dhananjay Chaturvedi versus High Court of Uttarakhand" and to verify as to whether the issue, as raised in this writ petition, is covered by that judgment or not, he wants some time to get instruction(s) in the matter.
