JUDGMENT :

This Special Appeal has been filed against the detailed order passed by the learned Single Judge on 07.09.2021, whereby the order dated 16.01.2019 regarding refusal of renewal of registration of the petitioner Society was quashed and respondent No. 1 was directed to renew the registration of the petitioner Society and the writ petition was allowed.
2. The detailed order passed by the learned Single Judge is based on correct appreciation of facts and law and does not appear to be erroneous on the face of record.
3. Even on the revised call, none appears on behalf of the appellant.
4. Present Special Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
