JUDGMENT :

(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)

In this case, as per the High School

Examination Certificate-2017 (Annexure No. 2), the date

of birth of Sonam (petitioner no. 1) is 10.03.2002.

Vikas Kumar's (petitioner no. 2) High School

Examination Certificate-2014, at Page No. 16, shows

that the date of birth of Vikas Kumar is 15.05.1998.

They have given their respective affidavits, and the

certificate of marriage is annexed as Annexure No. 1.

2. Notice of motion.

3. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate

General for the State of Uttarakhand accepts notice on

behalf of respondent nos. 1 & 2.

4. Keeping in view the above facts, this Writ

Petition is disposed of, giving direction to respondent-

authorities to give protection to the petitioners, in case

they approach them.

5. Let certified copy of this order be provided to

learned counsel for the parties, as per Rules, today

itself.

6. Pending application(s), if any, also stand

disposed of accordingly.
