JUDGMENT :

Counsel for the petitioner says that, after filing
of the present Writ Petition, a counter affidavit has been
filed by the respondents, and in paragraph no. 5 of the
counter affidavit filed by Shri Laxmi Raj Chauhan,
Special Land Acquisition Officer, it is stated that notices
have been sent to the concerned land owners on
10.08.2023 (Annexure CA-1). These notices have been
sent after the inquiry report dated 02.11.2022, and no
further directions are required to be given in this Writ
Petition.
2. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
