Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court
made the following


JUDGMENT :

(per: Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)

1. Learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State

has informed that pursuant to the tender notice, six

persons have already participated. The conditions of

the tender notice are Annexure-1.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that as per one

of the conditions of the tender-notice (Annexure-1), the

person, who submits an application for tender, should

have experience of three years and turn-over of Rs. 3

crores, and the other condition is that he should

produce a Trade License of one year.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further

states that at Page-10 of the Paper-Book, it is stated

that the minimum average annual turnover of the

bidder should be 100 Lacs for one year. But as per the

above, it shall be 3 crores for three years.

4. Keeping in view that applications have been

received from six participants, who have fulfilled all

these conditions, no case is made out to interfere with

the tender process initiated by the respondents

(Annexure-1).

5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
