None is present for other respondents.

2. Counsel for the appellant would submit that the deceased was husband of the owner (wife) of the vehicle and the claim petition filed by children and mother of the deceased; that, as per the judgment of the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the deceased driving the vehicle, who happens to be the husband of the owner of the vehicle stepped into the shoes of the owner of the vehicle, therefore, the compensation would not be payable except the statutory compensation, as per law.

3. Counsel for the respondent no. 1 contests this submission.

4. Counsel for the respective parties pray for time to apprise themselves on this point of law and place it before the Court on the next date of listing.
