Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Narian Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the orders dated 16.12.2017, 8.12.2017, passed by respondent nos.3 and 1, respectively, as well as the consequential order dated 13.12.2017 issued by respondent no.2, annexure-7 to 9, respectively to the writ petition, whereby the selection grade which has been provided to the petitioners working as on adhoc Service as Lecturers has been withdrawn.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that such controversy has been set at rest by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No.2602 of 2019 and batch of writ petitions have been disposed of on 13.12.2021 and the case of the petitioners is completely covered by the said judgment.
6. This argument advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners is not disputed by learned State Counsel, but he submits that since the matter has come up
after two years of the pronouncement of the judgment in the connected writ petitions, he seeks time to file counter affidavit.
7. Six weeks' time is granted to the State Counsel to file counter affidavit.
8. List this matter on 23.11.2023.
