Proposed Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 07.11.2022, passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Appeal No.230 of 2022, by which, the Appellate Court has dismissed the Appeal and affirmed the order dated 12.10.2022, passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Haridwar in Second Bail Application No.135 of 2022, by which, the Board had rejected the bail application of the revisionist, filed through his father under Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Prtoection of Children) Act, 2015 in respect of Case Crime No.765 of 2021 registered at Kotwali City, Haridwar under Sections 302, 307, 120 B and Section 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. Heard Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned Brief Holder for State.

3. Mr. Mohd. Safdar, Advocate, submits that the proposed Revision has been filed by the revisionist through his father. Revisionist confessed his guilt before the Juvenile Justice Board, Haridwar and the present matter, in connection with the Case Crime No.765 of 2021, registered at police station Kotwali City, Haridwar, has been decided on the confession of the revisionist. Therefore, proposed Criminal Revision has become infructuous.

4. At the request of Mr. Mohd. Safdar, Advocate, the proposed Criminal Revision (No.744 of 2022) is dismissed as infructuous.

5. In Shilpa Mittal Vs. N.C.T. Delhi, (2020) 2 SCC 787, the Hon'ble Supreme Court held that the identity of the Juvenile shall not be disclosed. Therefore, Registry is directed to remove the name of the revisionist Juvenile from the record of the present case.
