Learned Judge, Family Court, Haldwani has granted Rs.3,500/- per month to the revisionist no.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month to the revisionist no.2, minor daughter of the respondent no.2 in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.105 of 2020 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Against the said judgment dated 29.05.2023, revisionists - applicants have filed the proposed revision to enhance the said maintenance allowance.

2. Heard Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel for the proposed revisionists and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned AGA for the State.
