3. This is an Appeal filed under Section 374(2) of

Cr.P.C. against the conviction recorded by Special

Judge N.D.P.S. Act / First Additional Sessions Judge,

Roorkee, District Haridwar in Special Sessions Trial No.

01 of 2017 State vs. Jahid Ali.

4. By the impugned judgment, the appellant has

been convicted for offences punishable under Sections

8/22(C) of N.D.P.S. Act and sentenced to 15 years'

rigorous imprisonment, with fine of Rs. 1,50,000/-.

5. As per the Office Report, the Appeal is within

time.

6. Admit.

7. Lower Court Record be summoned.

8. List on 11.01.2024.

9. In the meantime, objection, if any, to the Bail

Application (IA No. 1 of 2023) may be filed.
