Proposed Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 16.12.2020, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Criminal Case No.177 of 2018, by which, the learned Judge has directed the respondent no.2 to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to his minor daughter for her interim maintenance.
2. The proposed Revision has been filed to enhance the said interim maintenance allowance. Proposed Revision has been filed along with an Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 to condone the delay of 50 days.
3. Heard Mr. Bhuwnesh Joshi, learned counsel for the proposed revisionist and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned AGA for the State.
4. Mr. Bhuwnesh Joshi, Advocate, has sought permission to withdraw the present proposed Criminal Revision.
5. Proposed Criminal Revision (No.393 of 2022) is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Withdrawal Application (IA No.02 of 2023) stands disposed of accordingly.
