2. This appeal has been received from the office of Superintendent, Central Jail Sitarganj, District U.S. Nagar. By the judgment dated 31.08.2023 passed by learned Second Addl. Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, U.S. Nagar in S.T. No.249 of 2018, appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under: -
