This criminal appeal against the judgment of the conviction has been preferred along with IA No.02 of 2023, seeking condonation of the 26 days of delay.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, and having gone through the delay condonation application, the same would stand condoned.

Heard learned counsel for the parties, with the consent, on admission.

Admit.

Summon the lower court record. List as soon as the records of the court below are received along with CRLA No.608 of 2023.

During the intervening period, the Government Advocate may file objection to the bail application, and will also supply the information, as to whether any appeal has been preferred against the judgment rendered in Sessions Trial No. 264 of 2010.
