This writ petition was decided by this Court vide judgment dated 28.08.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought a correction with regard to the description of the leased property, which, in para 1 (in 13th line) of the said judgment, has mentioned as 'plot no. 27'. The same is being sought to be corrected as 'plot Nos. 23 & 24'.

The Correction Application (MCC/9647/2023) would stand disposed of.

The correction made by today's order would be treated as part of the judgment dated 28.08.2023.
