3. This is a special leave to appeal filed against the judgment and order dated 25.09.2023 passed by the learned Judicial

of 2021, whereby, the respondent accused was acquitted of the charges under Sections 499, 500 and 501 of IPC.

4. Issue notice to the respondent no. 2 and 3 returnable within six weeks, enabling him to file objections, if any, to the application to leave to appeal.
