3. These writ petitions were dismissed by this Court, vide judgment dated 02.08.2023. Petitioners/review applicants have sought review of the said judgment, on various grounds.

4. It is well settled that review cannot be treated as an appeal in disguise. Every error in a judgment cannot be corrected in review, and review jurisdiction can be invoked only when there is some error apparent on the face of record. It is not a case herein.

5. This Court does not find any error apparent, which may warrant invocation of review jurisdiction. Therefore, this Court does not find any reason to review the judgment dated 02.08.2023.

6. Accordingly, the review applications are rejected. No order as to costs.
