Appellant has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 201/34, 120-B/34 and 506 of IPC sentence to life in Session Trial No. 61 of 2018 challenging the judgment rendered by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar, District Haridwar dated 05/06.09.2023. Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 374 Cr.P.C. The appeal is within time.
