This writ petition was decided by the judgment of 14.09.2023, but due to certain typographical mistake, the name of the petitioner has been shown to be "Pawan Kumar", which in fact should have been "Puran Kumar". Hence, the correction application.

Correction application would stand allowed. The name "Pawan Kumar", as referred to in the judgment would hereby stand corrected, as to be read as "Puran Kumar". Correction application would thereby stand disposed of accordingly.
