4. Present criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment/order dated 07.02.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, District Pauri Garhwal in Criminal Appeal No.114 of 2019 as well as the judgment/order dated 29.08.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st, Srinagar, District Pauri Garhwal in criminal case no.228 of 2016, whereby the revisionist has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced accordingly.

5. Admit the revision.

6. Summon the lower court record.

7. Issue notice to the respondent no.2, by registered post, acknowledgment due.

8. Revisionist is directed to provide e-mail address and WhatsApp Number of respondent no.2, if available, for effecting service electronically.

9. Also heard on the bail application.

10. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the revisionist was on bail during trial as well as during the pendency of appeal and she never misused the liberty of bail granted to her.

11. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the revisionist, but, without expressing any opinion about the final merits of the case, bail application is allowed.

12. Let the revisionist Saraswati Devi be released on bail, during the pendency of present criminal revision, on furnishing bail bond with two sureties in the amount of ₹ 30,000/- and personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

13. List on 07.08.2023.
