JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)

The respondents have file their counter-affidavits

disclosing that the impugned termination order dated

03.03.2023 has been withdrawn.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, the present petition

has become infructuous.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. It goes without saying that the respondents shall

proceed with the matter in accordance with law, and in

accordance with the principles of natural justice.

5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
