Present Civil Revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act 1887 against the judgment and decree dated 25.05.2022, passed by learned Judge, Small Causes Court/Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar in SCC Suit No.04 of 2018, "Yogesh Kumar vs. Smt. Anuradha Chaudhary", by which, the said SCC Suit has been dismissed.
Heard Mr. Munish Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the revisionist and Mr. M.S. Tyagi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel appearing for the revisionist submitted that the revisionist does not want to proceed with the present revision and requested to permit the revisionist to withdraw the present Revision.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
The said Revision (No.45 of 2022) is dismissed as withdrawn.
Withdrawal Application (No.03 of 2023) is disposed of accordingly.
