Mr. Pradeep Joshi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-review applicants/appellants.
Mr. Hem Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the review applicants- appellants states that against the judgment dated 18.12.2020, the State of Uttarakhand had preferred the Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court; the Supreme Court has granted leave, and; the matter is now pending consideration before the Supreme Court.
In that view of the matter, since the impugned judgment is already under examination by the Supreme Court, this review petition (MCC No.1402 of 2021) does not survive.
The same is accordingly dismissed.
