This C482 Application was disposed of by the judgment of 23rd November, 2022. But however, the reference of the Sessions Trial, which has been made in the order, has been mentioned as to be Sessions Trial No. 4 of 2020. That has been sought to be corrected, as to be Sessions Trial No. 12 of 2022.
The Correction Application would stand allowed, and in the judgment dated 23rd November, 2022, whenever, Sessions Trial No. 4 of 2020, has been mentioned, that is directed to be read as Sessions Trial No. 12 of 2022.
This order would constitute as to be a part of the order dated 23rd November, 2022.
