The Present Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 16.01.2023/17.01.2023, passed by the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar, by which, the appellants, namely, Ishtekhar, Murtaza, Yunus and Mursalin have been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years, along with a fine of Rs. 25,000/-.

Heard Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel, holding brief of Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel for the appellants.
