'X' is a Child in Conflict with Law. The present proposed Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment dated 10.01.2023, passed by the Children Court/ F.T.C./Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Appeal No. 290/2022, "A Child in Conflict with Law 'X' through his guardian/Father-'Y' Vs. State of Uttarakhand", by which the said Appeal has been dismissed.

Heard Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the revisionist through Video Conferencing and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Balvinder Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State.

Criminal Revision is admitted. Learned Counsel for the State requested ten days' time for arguments.
