(2) Vide order dated 28.8.2012, coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order to the following effect:

"Considering the facts of the case it is directed that if the appellant deposits a sum of Rs. 15 lacs with this court within a period of eight weeks from today, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed. It is also directed that the appellant shall not create any third party interest in the property in question." (3) Today, the matter is listed on an application seeking extension of the aforesaid interim order. For the reasons indicated in the said application, interim order dated 28.8.2012 is extended only till the next date of listing, which is fixed for 13.10.2023. Stay extension application (IA/9252/2023) stands disposed of accordingly.
