State of Uttarakhand and another", with regards to the impact and the rights of the Investigating Officer, to conduct a further investigation. Hence, the matter would stand covered by the said judgment.

Accordingly, the present C482 application would stand dismissed in the light of the aforesaid judgment rendered in C482 No.1163 of 2023, "Gurdeep Singh and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and another".
