The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
The petitioners had preferred this petition on
28.06.2022, before the conduct of mains examination,
namely Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/ Upper Sub-
ordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination-2021.
2. The petitioners, however, did not peruse this
petition by removing the defects. In the meantime, the mains
examination has also been held. This petition is liable to be
dismissed, both for non-prosecution, and on the ground that
the same has become infructuous.
3. The writ petition is dismissed, as such.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
