The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
In compliance of our order dated 2010.2022,
respondent nos.5 and 6 have filed a compliance affidavit
which states that the boundary wall was 75% complete on
the date when the affidavit was filed, i.e. on 17.11.2022.
2. Mr. Patni states that the construction of the
boundary wall has since long been completed, and a cage
structure has been placed and locked so as to prevent access
point of the staircase of the overhead tank. The height of the
boundary wall has been disclosed as 7.59 feet, i.e. 2.30
meters.
3. In these circumstances, this petition is disposed of,
as no further orders are called for.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
