The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)

The petitioner has preferred this petition, claiming

to be in public interest, to raise the issue with regard to the

internal management of Higher Secondary School, Kotagarh,

Pauri Garhwal.

2. The petitioner is not a member of the said Society.

In our view, the issue raised by the petitioner cannot be

considered to be an issue raised in public interest. If any of

the members of the Society have any grievance with regard

to the internal management of the said Society, it is for them

to raise the same in their own right.

3. We do not find any merit in this petition and the

same is accordingly dismissed.

4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
