The present proposed Second Appeal has been filed, along with an application to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the Second Appeal, against the judgment and decree dated 12.08.2021, passed by the learned IIIrd Additional District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Civil Appeal No.01 of 2018, "Harishankar and Another vs. Hari Singh and Others", whereby, the said First Appeal has been dismissed. The said Appeal was filed against the judgment and decree passed by the learned trial court, by which, the Original Suit, filed by the proposed appellants-plaintiffs was dismissed.

Heard Mr. Anchit Khokhar, learned counsel for the proposed appellants.

Issue notice to the respondents on the Delay Condonation Application. Steps to be taken within a week.
