Since the C482 Application has been preferred against the revisional court's judgment dated 20th September, 2022, as passed in Criminal Revision No.36 of 2022, Smt. Preeti Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, whereby, the Revision of respondent No. 2 has been allowed, resulting into the rejection of the application preferred by the applicants under Section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C.

Issue notices to the respondent No.2. Steps would be taken by the applicant within a period of two weeks from today.

List after service of notice on the respondent. Owing to the fact, that the complaint has been rejected, the parties are not required to be present before the Court below.
