Since, it is sequel to the order dated 18.10.2022, the learned C.S.C. has produced in this Court the case diary/register of cases containing record of dates fixed in cases, which was in use in the Court of Commissioner Kumaon Division between 01.01.2019 to 01.01.2021 in a sealed cover. He has also produced in several envelopes the folio of the application made by the petitioner for certified copy of the judgment, which are taken on record.

The Registry is directed to place them in the safe custody.

List this writ petition on 09.01.2022. On the next date of listing, the learned C.S.C. shall apprise the court about the progress in the matter.
