Today this matter is listed on the Time Extension Application.

The C482 Application stood disposed of by the order dated 25th August, 2022, in the light of judgment of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, as reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773, but the condition given therein could not be complied with, owing to the fact that a casualty has chanced in the family of the applicants on 6th September, 2022.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the Time Extension Application is being disposed of with the direction that the applicants may approach the Court in the light of judgment of Satender Kumar Antil (Supra) within a period of three weeks from today.

The learned Trial Court, would accordingly proceeds, as soon as the applicants approach before the Court within the aforesaid time period.
