Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
Mr. Rohit Kumar Gaur, Advocate, for the appellant.
Mrs. Lata Negi, Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
The appellant to the present Criminal Appeal is a convict for the offences under sections 395 and 397 of the IPC, by the judgment of 8th August, 2022, as rendered in Sessions Trial No. 77 of 2011, State Vs. Kaushal Rana and others.
The Criminal Appeal is supported with the Delay Condonation Application, explaining the delay of 3 days, which has chanced in filing the Appeal.
Apart from the fact, that this Court is satisfied with the reasons given in the Delay Condonation Application, and also because of the fact that the same has not been seriously opposed by the Government Advocate, the delay of three days' which has chanced in preferring the Criminal Appeal, would stand condoned.
With the consent of the parties, the Criminal Appeal itself is taken up for admission.
Admit the Criminal Appeal.
Summon the Lower Court's record. List this Criminal Appeal for consideration, along with pending CRLA No. 367 of 2020.
