This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 30.03.2022, passed by the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Laksar, District Haridwar in Original Suit No.37 of 2004, "Nagar Panchayat Laksar vs. Chandmal & Others", whereby the original suit, filed by the respondent no.1, has been decreed.

Heard Mr. B.D. Pande, the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Ashutosh Thakral, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

The First Appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondent nos. 2 to 5.

Steps to be taken forthwith. On the request of the learned counsel for the parties, post this case on 27.06.2022.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submitted that according to the instructions, received from the respondent no.1, the respondent no.1 shall not evict the appellant till 27.06.2022.
