JUDGMENT : (per Sri Justice S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
It is submitted by Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned
Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand,
that at present, there is no threat perception to the
petitioners.
2. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has
become infructuous, and the same is dismissed as
such.
3. Pending application, if any, also stands
disposed of accordingly.
4. Urgent copy of the order to be supplied to
the parties on a proper application, as per rules.
