Upon hearing the learned counsel, the Court made the following:

JUDGMENT : (per Sri Justice S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)

Mr. R.P. Singh, the learned counsel for the

petitioners, submits that the petitioners are living

happily and leading a happy conjugal life. Hence, no

further protection is required.

2. In that view of the matter, the writ petition

has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as

such.

3. Pending application, if any, also stands

disposed of accordingly.

4. Urgent copy of the order to be supplied to

the parties on a proper application, as per rules.
