Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT : (per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
Mr. Aditya Singh, the learned counsel for the
petitioners, submits that, in the meantime, the
petitioners and the private respondents have filed an
application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for
compounding of the offences relating to the cases
pending between them. The learned counsel further
submits that, as there is no enmity between the
petitioners and the private respondents, there is no need for providing further police protection, and the Writ
Petition has now become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is,
hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
3. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also
stand disposed of.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued to
the parties, as per Rules.
