Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT : (per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
None appears for the petitioners.
2. After the order passed by this Court on
13.07.2021, police protection has been granted to the
petitioners.
3. Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate
General for the State of Uttarakhand, submits that they have filed a short counter-affidavit stating that no further
police protection is necessary.
4. In that view of the matter, Writ Petition is
disposed of.
5. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also
stand disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued to
the parties, as per Rules.
